  • How to say something about your family

  • How to make a short self-introduction

Study time: 15–20 minutes

Indian context:

Wǒ shì Yìndù rén.
(I am Indian.)

Wǒ shì xuésheng / Wǒ shì lǎoshī.

Hěn gāoxìng rènshi nǐ.
(Nice to meet you.)

Indian context tip:

Section 5: Talking About Family (Keep It Simple)

You don’t need big sentences. Just say:

  • Wǒ yǒu jiātíng. — I have a family.

  • Wǒ yǒu yí gè jiātíng. — I have a family. (one family)

That’s enough for beginners. Simple is good.
